All properties are held in the real world by a dedicated legal entity – a GmbH – which:

• Holds the property in the land register

• Manages all operational, financial, and legal aspects

• Acts on behalf of token holders

This legal wrapper forms the backbone of our tokenization model:

Investors do not receive land registry entries or GmbH shares – instead, they receive on-chain tokens that carry legally enforceable rights to the economic output of the underlying asset.
