# Estate Points (ePoints)

**ePoints** are Liquid Estate’s loyalty reward system — designed to recognize and reward early believers and active participants in the ecosystem. They don’t represent equity or ownership, but they do unlock powerful benefits to thank our most loyal community members.

**ePoints** are non-tradable and designed to reward true believers.

### How to Earn ePoints

ePoints can be earned in four distinct ways, depending on the phase of the platform :

#### **Pre-Mainnet (Early Access Phase)**

*Available before mainnet launch*

1. **HyperEVM Protocol Rewards**\
   We reward early supporters of the broader HyperEVM ecosystem. If you’ve interacted with certain protocols or hold specific NFTs, you may be eligible to **claim ePoints**. Each protocol has its own claim criteria.
2. **Testnet Leaderboard**\
   During our exclusive testnet rounds, ePoints are distributed daily based on your rank in the **Portfolio Leaderboard**.\

#### **Post-Mainnet (Live Product Phase)**

*Once Liquid Estate is live on mainnet*

3. **Property Fundings**\
   After mainnet launch, ePoints can only be earned by **participating in on-chain property funding rounds**. The more you contribute, the more ePoints you earn — boosting your Liquid State and increasing your rewards.

#### 🤝 **Always-On: Referral Program**

*Applies in both phases*

4. **Referral Boost**\
   When you refer new users, you both receive **+5% bonus ePoints** whenever they earn points. Referrals are a great way to stack up your score, permanently.

### Liquid State

Your **Liquid State** is your rank in the Liquid Estate ecosystem. It reflects how many ePoints you’ve earned **relative to all other users** — calculated as a percentile.

Higher Liquid States unlock better benefits.

### Why It Matters — Rewards & Utility

Your ePoints and your Liquid State unlock real advantages:

* **Airdrop Allocations**\
  Airdrop(s) are distributed with weightings based on **ePoints**.
* **$LE Rewards Multiplier**\
  When you participate in property funding rounds, your share of $LE rewards are boosted by your **Liquid State** (applies on testnet **and** mainnet!). Higher Liquid State Rank = Higher boost = bigger loyalty rewards.
* **Early Access**\
  Certain **Liquid States** may receive early access to new property drops.

It’s our way of rewarding long-term believers — no lockups, no fluff, just more yield, more access, and more upside the higher you flow.
